A 3-day open auction of CDA starts today

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is conducting a three-day public auction of more than 47 residential and commercial properties, according to news reports. The open auction will take place at the Jinnah Convention Center (JCC) in Islamabad, and it is anticipated that the bidding will begin at 10 AM. 47 plots located in different municipal districts and commercial sectors will be auctioned. Residential properties, land designated for parking spaces, a poultry farm, and orchards are all included in the plots. The authority would sell for more than PKR 20 billion, according to property experts.
