Azam Tarar alleges the president for announcing the date of the election

Azam Tarar alleges that the president breached the Constitution by announcing the date of the election.

The Law Minister states that if the Governor has dissolved the provincial assembly, they are authorized by the Constitution to announce the election date for that assembly.
